- The seats have ergonomic design and high flexible backrest for better comfort. The backrest unit, the armrests, the seat and the base are fixed firmly on the seat frame, avoiding shaking and gaps.
- Frame of seat is manufactured by 25x25x2 mm steel while backrest is made of 12 mm formed HPL.
- The armrest frames of the seats are manuactured by 20x40x1,5 mm steel, single arm to be shared with 2 seats.
- Seat come with plastic cupholder and fabric on armrest.
- Independent headrest unit on top of backrest of the seat.
- Base of the seats is manfucetured by 100Qx2,5 mm steel.
- Each base is fixed on to floor on 3 points.
- Seat is upholstered with fire-resistant polyurethane foam with 50(+-10) kg/mc of volume density. Complies with EN FMV SS 302 standards.
- Foam thickness of seat and backrest is minimum 6 cm. The foam is rough and homogeneous throughout the surface.
- 4 mm durable plastic lids at the back of seat and backrest.
- Seats are fixed onto floor with given assembly materials, then they are coverd with plastic caps.
- All weldings of the frame are made with gas welding and continuous at the joints.
- Welded steel frame is rectified for smooth surface then painted with powder coating.
- Artificial leather used in upholstery comes with UV protected and flame retardant additive. Artificial leather is upholstered by sticking method on seats and back surfaces.
