Not all of our products are available for online selling, however you will find some products with a cart icon , those can be purchased online. To but the others you can request for quote and we will help you buy them offline.

Yes. Once you create a wishlist of the desired products, you can share it with whomever you want.

We check our supplier prices regularly against other suppliers to ensure that they are highly competitive. However, if you see an identical item cheaper on another site, please let us know and we’ll be happy to match that price for you.

Custom-made products are items that are made especially for your purchase. Arcedior offers many products that are made-to-order. If you would like to discuss any bespoke options, please send your request here.

Yes – simply click the ‘heart’ icon which you see in the top right of each product. You will be able to revisit your selection of loved products in your wishlist at any time. Note that you are required to sign in to save products to your wishlist.

Yes. We do shipping globally. If your country is not on the list then please contact [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you. When placing international orders, please be aware that there will be additional delivery charges. We will calculate these once you have placed your order and inform you via email. We would advise contacting us before you place your order to confirm the shipping costs. Please be aware that international deliveries may incur local import duties which we have no control over and are not able to predict in advance. Any local import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.

The fastest way to get a quote is to add products from our website directly to your project. Click on the “Add to project BOQ” button on a product page to use that function (you need to be logged in for this). You’ll be asked to select a project for which the quote is for or you can create a new project.

Yes, you can edit quote requests — and received quotes — any time.

We’re an online interior products platform so we do not have a showroom at this time, however, if you would like to view sample products, we can arrange these for you. Any manufacturing company specializing in the design, furnishing and manufacturing of interior design products may publish and sell on Arcedior after registering for a Membership. Brands and/or Suppliers can register here.
