Installation Notes:

• The weight of each door is up to 70kg, the thickness of the wooden door is 35~50mm, and the width of the single door is 400~1000mm. When used for multiple doors, one lifting wheel is added for every two doors, and the added hanging wheel has a maximum load of 70kg.
• Set the length of the aluminum hanging rail and the aluminum lower rail according to the door width.
• Install the upper shaft and the flat washer on the upper shaft seat, and then attach it to the aluminum hanging rail with the pressure plate and hexagon head screws.
• Install the hanging wheel assembly and the stop assembly into the aluminum hanging rail and install the aluminum hanging rail.
• Install the lower shaft seat into the lower rail slot and fix it with self-tapping screws to install the lower rail. Note that the lower rail is aligned parallel to the aluminum suspension rail, and the upper shaft housing is aligned with the lower shaft axis.
• Groove the door on the door leaf according to the size of the hanging plate and the size of the dark hinge, and install the hanging plate and the lower shaft.
• Mount the door leaf on the hanging rail through the upper shaft and the hanging wheel assembly, and insert the lower shaft into the hole of the lower shaft seat.
• Adjust the door leaf to the appropriate height with the equipped wrench. Adjust the range to 5mm and tighten the M10 lock nut.
• Push-pull folding doors should be smooth, the installation is complete.
